That dang rock pillar.

Yesterday I hurriedly ran out the door late for work at 6pm. We have a round-about drive way and two rock pillars that sit on both ends of the round-about. You have to make sure you swing wide enough to not totally hit the pillar. This time I did not do so. Completely and most defiantly rear-ending the back of my car into the rock pillar. I pulled forward and got out to asses the damage, while my mother and Jess ran to the front windows. My mom "I thought i heard a crash." Ya mom that was me. So my dad comes out and oh, he built these rock pillars FYI. The damage done to my car is minor scrapes and a small dent from a pointy rock on the pillar. and the pillar, well my dad had to come out and push it back into its place. a few rocks fell off, my dad said "We can glue it back together." I felt bad i hit one of my dad's pieces of artwork. oh well. So after he's done looking at my car, i finish speeding my way out the driveway and drive to work. 


Other spectacular news. . . . (that requires bullets)

• Short day yesterday and no school tomorrow.
• Football game tomorrow (and we're looking towards another region title. Maybe going to State for the 2nd year in a row) 
• BYU football tomorrow.
• FCCLA Leadership next Wednesday and Thursday.
• General Conference weekend! yay!

a youtube star, and a farewell

first the random part. Glozell a youtube sensation showed up at my high school football game on friday night. oh yeah no big deal. haha it was a tiny bit crazy. everyone was freaking out and getting pictures with her. 

So here's me and Glozell and Ashley. 
It was rather awesome, she's a funny lady. She filmed a video of us at our football game.
I'm at the beginning of the fan crowd. haha. 
 





Second the tender part. Then today i attended my very good guy friend's Missionary farewell. I'm going to miss him. But Guatemala is lucky to have such a spiritual young man. He seriously is going to be the best missionary ever! Best of luck to you Kaden! 
I'll truly miss our Kesha party nights together, and our jammin' in the car together. 

Well this about wraps up my weekend, other than working yesterday and eating chick-fil-a. Oh and did i mention i'm looking for a new job. One that doesn't require me to work on sunday and one that is funner than mine.

our cali trip

A little bit outta order. .. but here it is in a nutshell. 

we went on wednesday the 8th of September, came home on Sunday

the 12th. Crazy short trip, we went to San Fransico, went to the beach 

and ate north beach pizza, we enjoyed an old fashion arcade. 

we bought matching roxy san fran hoodies, we went down lumbard

street. We attended my uncles wedding and danced a lot, and got a little crazy 

at times, its okay we're all family. 

It was fun. But now we're back to reality. (:

Yes Finely they give us more then just a glimpse of the movie! I'm still curious on where they are going to stop this movie and start the next one.. . we'll have to see i guess! Tickets go on sale Oct 1st.  Going to try and get me some midnight showings.

Frustration is piling on. I've been waiting for a book for my college class that i am taking in high school to arrive. i come home today praying for a small package. nothing. angry, frustrated and fed up. but i did just get back from vacation. . . it was fun. . . but now i'm never missing another day of school ever again. Its so much stuff to make up. blasted AP class. oh well i can always succeed in failure. Things aren't going my way today. I'm exhausted but i know i wont be able to relax until after i've studied for 4 tests. 

So i'm very sorry to put My Sister's Closet on hold for about a couple of days. . . maybe even a week. I'm far to stressed, and tired for anything concerning this. 

My apologies as the writer and a contributor to My Sister's Closet. I'll be back in the groove of things when things slow down. I don't mean to be down and depressing, sorry its reality.  
So please be patient and we'll post more soon. promise. 

for now enjoy something that made me smile.

nothing else like it

When you try to succesfully curl your hair in mositure weather, it does not stay.

Your hair simply becomes a stragly straight-ish mess with a few kinks.

You'd like to think this is beach wave hair, but it simply does not compare.

You took a shower and halfway through the day end up saying

"So much for taking a shower today."

You want to wear the styles that everyone wears in the state.

You want to look as if you don't look like a forienger.

You want to relax and be comfortable in your $40 toms, without thinking

if the hobo on the street is going to steal them and re-sale them

for more money, while you're at the beach.

You want to wear a cute hoodie but not look too weird wearing a

hoodie in September.

But when in Cali . . . You do as the Californians.

Come what may. . . And LOVE IT!

nothing big. but this was me and jess yesterday at San Franscico.

It was windy. our almost perfect curly hair got ruined. but hey its okay.

we ate an awesome turkey pesto sandwhich and pizza at a tower. We walked on a beach and Golden Gate Bridge, and took many pictures.

I got me a minimum wage paying job to keep me alive during the Senior Year. 
It's not too lovely at times but its not horrible at other times. 
I try and smile a lot, for thats what i'm suppose to do. 
I make money for new toms. and to pay gas moneys.

Its fabulous!

I hope this doesn't sound to cliché, but life is great! Fabulous to be more exact. 
1. I'm a FIRST violin in Orchestra, a LOT of practice, patience and dedication pays off! 
2. I'm loving lunch times and FOOTBALL GAMES!
3. AP Lit not so bad as i thought it was going to be. But its only week 2 of school. 
4. Some boys are attractive in weird ways... others not so much. 
5. Seminary is by far the most amazing thing in my life. 

I thought of this while i was driving to school driving towards 

the beautiful mountains, and a girl i 

give a ride to school pointed out

"Look how amazing the sunrise looks against the

mountains." 

I'd never really payed to much attention to it on

other days. but before we turned the

street in my mind i thought 

Thank You For the Mountains.
