The Baby doll and Red.

1 of 2 things, Baby doll shirts and the color Red.

  1. I've had fears of baby doll shirts for quite sometime. they flow over your curves/ stomach area like you're flawless. ohhh but if ya got a pooch,(like me) you'll come to ask yourself while wearing these kinds of shirts and saying to your self.... Do I look 5 months Pregnant ?? whooaa hold up! no i'm not prego..... its just the shirt! whoever came up with these shirts must have been prego at the time. But don't get me wrong, they're cute shirts and obviously they're awesome for pregnant ladies.... but maybe i should do some sit ups the next time i wear one....so i don't feel pregnant wearing one (; haha

  2. Red is a weird color. it looks great on most people. but i've come to a conclusion that red just isn't a great color. Mostly everyone buts it with white or black or turquoise. But if you put red and yellow together its screaming MUSTARD AND KETCUP at you! if you put red with green, Merry Christmas to you too! i mean seriously its not a great color (in my opinion)  But like i said it looks good on most people. ehh i give the color a shot here and there. Its not the color's fault it gets put with other colors that remind you of something else. yeahhh well ya live and ya learn.

baby doll & Red Shirt!! yesss i'm that awesome/brave!

Ohhh p.s. i got some toms... and let me just tell you they're are the shoe. and i'm being serious. they're soooooooooo comfortable. ahhh i love them! best 40 bucks i ever spent!

Let the games begin.

The hunger games cast is in!

Katniss Everdeen.
(Jennifer Lawrence)

Peeta Mellark.
                                                    (Josh Hutcherson)

                                                        Gale Hawthorne.
                                                 (Liam Hemsworth)

I'm not all that pleased with this cast. Especially with the boys. Since when was Gale hot and Peeta have brown hair? Totally not what i was expecting. I think the girl for Katniss fits really well. They just have to make sure they don't make her to girly. That would totally throw everything off. She has to be a like a tom girl but is still pretty. I can't wait for this movie to come out! March 23, 2012 and PLEASE Don't make it another twilight awkward failure!!!

getting closer

i've been contemplating this new 'look' that a lot of people have now a days.
i guess its not really a look. its a hair thing....ish.
well okay, so back in the day my colleagues aka older sisters called it the "Butt Part" which now a days we refer to it as the "middle part." which is where you part your hair directly down the middle of your forehead and curl or straighten your hair however you desire. i've attempted this on multiple occasions and i've never got the feel for it. Maybe its simply my fear of pulling it off, or maybe because my thick headed mane isn't made for it. i think its that. a lot of people can pull it off. and honestly i don't know how this trend came back in style. weren't we just doing that like back in 2003? uhh yeah.. then people started getting crazy with side bangs and full on bangs, they had to do a deep side part. in some people's case couldn't afford a decent bang cutting, so they'd pull their hair over into somewhat of a bang thing, but it honestly and bluntly speaking looked like a combover. not to attractive. ohh but everyone had bangs like 3 years ago, so everyone has to do what everyone else does. and now suddenly that trend's disappearing. the "Butt Part" is back. and i like it. but maybe its not for me. maybe i'm being to scared. or maybe me and the "Butt Part" will work out in the end. i couldn't say for anyone else, but i'm getting closer to the middle. its a big deal to me.

do i look good with this part? i need FEEDBACK?! comment. . . please! (:

Starting Over.

Last week the ogden UT Temple closed down. It was quite a sad week. They are closing it down and tearing it down to make room for a different new Temple. I was in love with this temple when others thought it wasn't the prettiest temple. I liked it. So me and my friends tried to go everyday that last week it was open. it was hard but I think we missed only one day that week.

The old Ogden Temple

The New Ogden Temple. It will be here in 18 to 24 months.
Going the first day with Kade!
The next day Lacey came with us. The little old men that work in the temple  are so funny. One of them said to us. "Now ladies this getting old stuff an't for sissies" ha ha it was so funny!

The Last day the Temple was open. Me and Mariah went together and my dad came to baptize us. It was the best ever, I love the Temple.
Now we have to start going to the Bountiful Temple

Thoughtful Tuesday.

I honestly couldn't think of a clever enough title for this post... i need better ideas for post names. for this one... Thoughts on Thoughts <-- lame. Thoughtful me  <-- i'm not thoughtful. well thoughtful tuesday will have to do. My thoughts on a overcast April Tuesday are as follows:

  • High School sucks.
  • Grasshopper cookies are bomb.
  • Gas is wayyyy to expensive!
  • Spring break isn't even over Easter Sunday?! huh?
  • Seminary makes my day.
  • The Church is True.
  • I wish i had a pair of Toms.
  • Music is soothing/calming.
  • My sister's friends are crazy.
